Introduction to Quality Management provides engineers and managers with a foundation for working in or leading a quality-oriented position in their organization. Introduction to Quality Management is intended to provide practical information that will enable you and your organization to understand and develop a more effective quality management system (QMS) for your business or organization. In this class we will:
