the Characteristics of an Effective QMS and the Seven Simple Tools for Quality with examples. 7 Simple Tools for Quality is a practical course that uses real world examples. It is intended to provide an understanding of these simple tools along with several other methods that can be useful in quality improvement efforts in your organization.
