Many engineers today are familiar with some of these tools, however most have not applied the tools in the quest for identifying root causes and solving problems.

It is intended to provide an understanding of problem solving methods using several scenarios and using the process analysis tools to lead to solutions. This class can provide the tools for developing your problem solving skills by improving your techniques and abilities for analyzing processes.
