Many engineers today are familiar with some of these tools, however most have not applied the tools in the quest for identifying root causes and solving problems.

Process Analysis for Problem Solving is intended to provide practical information that will enable you and your organization develop and implement an effective approach to problem solving that helps you:

     2. Use Four tools for analyzing a process.
     3. Look at linkages, supporting functions and risks among processes.
     4. Improve your journey for solving problems by getting to root causes which save money.

Process Analysis for Problem Solving is a practical course that uses real world examples. It is intended to provide an understanding of problem solving methods using several scenarios and using the process analysis tools to lead to solutions. This class can provide the tools for developing your problem solving skills by improving your techniques and abilities for analyzing processes.
